Vacation Up-date - Gilbert Thurston

We’re in New Bern, NC…ie, the most boring place on the face of the earth.

This place has nothing to do.

We drove 40 miles today to the ocean, but even the towns there had slim pickings.

Had a good seafood meal though this evening.

Did go to an aquarium today which was the most exciting thing we’ve done.

Wow 3 more days to go here.

We stopped at Blockbuster to buy movies.

Getting a lot of reading done as well, so that’s good.

All in all it’s been relaxing so I’m not complaining…too much.
