Inside Today's Experiences - Gilbert Thurston

Another interesting day.
Let me start by saying how well the team did reconfiguring the stage.
Still some kinks to work out but it will allow us to do a lot more ceative stuff in the future.
Speaking of…just got home from practice for the Christmas Eve Experiences…you are not going to want to miss how it starts out…way cool!
Back to today…lots of technical glitches which I hate…even more than the holidays! :)
The weirdiest was the team totally being out of snych at the 10:45 Experience on the first song. We were in the back wondering what in the world was going on.
Turns out the pre-Experience CD was still playing in their in-ear monitors so they were trying to sing and play one song while listening to another. Yeah good luck with that.
At both Experiences we had a corrupted file that caused the bumper video to not work.
That just totally puts me in the wrong frame of mind to preach…arrrhhhh.
I was able to give out the last of the Contagious Christmas Challenge packages to a few of our church attenders and members who could really use it…everyone of them was speechless or in tears. Thanks to all of you for being so generous and brightening the holidays of so many people!
My throat is raw from a week’s worth of being on and off again sick…please pray for me since I still have to speak 5 more times in the next 7 days.
